新年新气象。我很荣幸当了干部，能参加东北举办的干部新年联谊。简单的聚会，一起用点早餐，大家介绍自己给大家认识，促进、促进彼此的感情。
A new year and a new start. We had a gathering among the Northeast cadre volunteers, whom I am very honoured to become one this year. It was a simple gathering, some food and an introduction of everybody to everybody.
真的很惊讶。原来东北有那么多干部志工。东北不是六区中最大的区，想必其他五区的干部志工一定更多。更令我惊讶的时，原来慈济有那么多功能组。老实说，我是没有听过人文推广组和医疗组。
I was amazed that we have so many cadre volunteers. Northeast was not the largest group, so I am guessing that other regions have many more. I was also surprised that there were so many functional groups, many that I have never heard before. Groups like Promoting Humanity group and Medical group.
最后，济雨师伯与大家分享，《新年快乐》的意识是《新的一年，天天快乐》，而《生日快乐》就是《天天如生日般快乐》。言浅意概，我会努力地实行。
Lastly, CEO brother David Liu shared with us to treat everyday like New Year and every day like our own birthday. Simple message, I will try to do it.
