环保法门：第一，训练大家不怕占脏，训练大家不怕辛苦，训练大家没有是非，训练大家身体健康，训练大家把内心的垃圾倒出去，把外面的垃圾分类分好。
Recycling can train us not to be afraid of getting dirty, not to be afraid of hard work, not to gossip, let us become healthier, to clear our troubles as well as rubbish from our heart and get rid of the physical rubbish in our environment.
